We provide our transfer services to Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and most of the European Union countries.
U.S. Money Express offers several convenient ways to transfer funds:
  • Direct transfer to the bank account in American Dollars, Polish Zlotys and Euros.
  • Cash payout in American Dollars at the branches of PKO Bank Polski.
  • Cash payout in Polish Zlotys at the branches of Poczta Polska and Bank Pocztowy.

At this time we accept Visa and MasterCard cards issued by the U.S. financial institutions. Please be aware that your credit card company may charge a cash advance fee - please contact your financial institution for details.
You will need to provide recipient’s full name (last and first name) and address. Additionally, for transfers to the bank accounts, you will need to provide recipient’s account number and account currency. Please make sure that account number and account currency is correct –unfortunately, if the wrong account currency is chosen, recipient’s bank may reject transaction or convert funds at its own exchange rate. U.S. Money Express Co will not be responsible for any fees or losses resulting from incorrect account number or incorrect account currency.
At this time we accept Visa and MasterCard cards issued by the U.S. financial institutions. Depending on the transactions’ amounts and frequencies, we may request that you provide a scan of your ID. Acceptable forms of ID are:
  • U.S. Driver’s License or State ID
  • U.S. Driver’s License or State ID
  • Mexican Consular ID (Matricula Consular)
  • Mexican Voting ID
  • Passport
  • Permanent Resident Card
Recipients will always need to present their identification documents. Sender should notify the recipient about the transfer as well as provide all additional information needed to pick up funds, such as location, Transfer Identification Number etc. All these details are listed on the transfer receipt.
The option to cancel is available for at least 30 minutes after completing the transfer and it can be done by accessing your Transfer History and selecting “Cancel” button.

If you need to cancel your transfer at the later time, please send us cancellation request through Inquiry Tab. We may be able to assist you providing that the transfer has not been paid out - special conditions apply (details in Terms and Conditions).
